Nothing says summer like 14,000 pounds of ribs and 7,500 pounds of pork, which is why Baldor Specialty Foods has been a proud sponsor of the Big Apple BBQ since the very beginning. For the second year in a row, we’ll be at the event serving up watermelon slices and Summeripe peaches and making sure that no one gets the meat sweats. Come visit our booth then stay for amazing BBQ from around the country.

Big Apple BBQ is a festival celebrating 14 of the nation’s best pitmasters. The proceeds benefit the Madison Square Park Conservancy.
