About Hawthorne Valley Farm

Since 1972, Hawthorne Valley Farm has been a leader in biodynamic agriculture.  Today, they have grown into a highly diversified operation encompassing over 400 acres. Their raw milk alpine and cheddar cheeses are made by hand in a 300 gallon Swiss copper cheese vat with raw winter milk.  They are the only Demeter Certified Biodynamic farmstead cheese available on the market.
