New York Razor Clams
The Razor Clam got its name because it looks almost exactly like an old-fashioned straight razor. Our Razor Clams are harvested right here in the Empire State.
Razor Clams can be steamed in their shells or can be deep fried or sautéed out of their shells. They can also go well in a soup or chowder. They are nutritious, high in protein and minerals, and a perfect complement to a trendy seafood diet.
