Artic Char Fillet
Premium farm-raised North Atlantic char, which is part of the salmon family, is prized for its mild, slightly sweet flavor, and thin skin. Like salmon, char has a good amount of healthy fats that keep the flesh moist during cooking. The flesh is firm, but flakes when cooked.
