About Loring Place

Loring Place by Chef Dan Kluger is the first solo venture for Kluger, who is celebrated for bright, balanced, vegetable-forward, greenmarket-driven dishes. Kluger, a native New Yorker, fulfilled his lifelong dream of opening a restaurant in the city where he learned to cook, and has been cooking throughout his career with some of the greatest chefs and restaurateurs in the world. At Loring Place, Chef Kluger’s skill for creating delicious market-driven dishes, with unexpected but incredibly pleasing flavor combinations, is on full display. The space is modern, yet warm and inviting designed in collaboration with Kluger, taking cues from the food philosophy of utilizing natural ingredients and giving them a creative slant.
