Bringing a fresh, creative twist to a long-standing, traditional NYC food, Brooklyn Brine has quickly gained recognition for such products as Whiskey Sour Pickles, made by infusing Finger Lakes Distilling Rye Whiskey into its signature brine. Brooklyn Brine’s red wine vinegar-soaked fennel beets are brightened with fresh tarragon and aromatic fennel seeds. 

Brooklyn Brine continues to receive accolades for its unique collaborations such as its Hop-Pickles infused with the renowned and respected Dogfish Head Brewery’s 60 Minute IPA.  Jones has created a line that is sought after and distributed not only nationwide, but now in Canada, the United Kingdom, China, Japan and, most recently, South Africa.

Despite such rapid growth and recognition (which includes winning 3 sofi™ Awards in the past two years and an ever-expanding line of products), Brooklyn Brine remains true to its urban roots -  all their pickles are still created by hand, from start to finish, in its Gowanus, Brooklyn factory.
