About Blue Hill

Inspired by the Barber family’s pastured dairy operation in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, Blue Hill at Stone Barns opened within the Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture in the spring of 2004. Sourcing from Blue Hill Farm, Stone Barns’ fields and pastures, as well as other local farmers, and foragers, Blue Hill at Stone Barns highlights the ecology and abundance of the Hudson Valley.
