Over 170 exhibitors and 3000 attendees took over Basketball City on April 26, 2022 for #PierlessBite, proving that this is not your average food show. On the Pierless Bite stage, moderators Elly Truesdell and Dana Cowin led panels of food industry innovators and renowned chefs in important conversations about the modern eater and changing kitchen culture, respectively. Keynote speaker Chef Massimo Bottura captivated attendees in his “fireside chat” with his perspective on food, community, and sustainability.
